Clara Masiá offers 100% handmade art and design products. We start to prepare the shipments after receiving the
payment. Each piece is unique, so items may have slightly different details.
Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional taxes and duties, which in any case will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Clara Masiá undertakes to take the necessary steps and prepare the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs procedures.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We can’t guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or service we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change, at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion.
We currently ship to Europe, America, Asia and Oceania. It takes 7 working days to process your order, within the European Union.
We start preparing your order after we have received your payment. We ship every Wednesday.
All shipments are shipped with tracking code and will be sent by email once the orders are formalized and go through our logistics department. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, our shipping and returns department will handle your incident as soon as possible. In the event that the assigned courier is unable to deliver a package and the customer does not pick up the order at the indicated courier site, after being notified with the details, the customer must cover the cost of reshipment. Specific packaging is used for each product so that it can arrive in the best possible conditions.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 30 day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Original artworks are made to order, so they are not exchanged or returned once the purchase is complete, in any case a voucher will be generated for the value of the purchase to be exchanged for artwork. Refunds will only be made if the product is delivered damaged. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
